Work It Like an Angel!
Victoria's Secret fashion show held recently in New York was once more brilliant, with futuristic lingerie and of course perfectly sculpted models!

Now that's a great motivation to all of us, regardless if we need to look good for our job or not. Who wouldn't like to look that hot!
Here is my favorite outfit from the show (naturally the most expensive one:), looks stunning on Alessandra Ambrosio!

Now here is what Victoria's Secret angels' trainer Justin Gelband said about how he helps them get ready for the yearly spectacle: "This is their Olympics and my Oscars. Everything is more intense, from food to sleep.
We focus on lots of protein, eating the proper carbs, staying away from bread and pasta, keeping hydrated."
Personally, I think it all depends on your body structure; you probably know what works the best for you and your own body type. I know how hard it is for me to get in the perfect shape, and how much will I need to keep it. But this newly released Train Like An Angel program gives me a new inspiration! The one I liked the most is the following one, legs workout.
